Anxiety is you trying to get your attention. To stop and assess, because you are feeling vulnerable. Firstly you need to work out how to feel safe, by asking self is this feeling reasonable? What's in my control? Secondly understanding why you are feeling anxious. Thirdly you then need to acknowledge that you are feeling anxious and you are ok. You may think this sounds simple to do but this will challenge you, because you need to practice being Aware that anxiety is trying to get your attention. Let's talk about it.
